I trust in the Lord, so why did you tell me to run and hide? Why did you say, “Fly like a bird to your mountain?”
Psalms 11:1 ERV
Many voices around are meant to hurt, discourage and threaten us.
These voices are created by the enemy to weaken us but we should not choose to listen to these voices because we are destined to reign in life through Christ who won the victory for us.
Jesus said in John 16:33 ERV
“I have told you these things so that you can have peace in me. In this world, you will have troubles. But be brave! I have defeated the world!”
The Voice of truth-The Lord Jesus is speaking to us reminding us that we should take courage in life because He has already defeated every trouble in this world. God’s faithfulness will remain in the midst of changing circumstances in life. All we need to do is to have faith in the One who holds everything in its place.
In Colossians 1:11-12 ERV says, “that God will strengthen you with his own great power, so that you will be patient and not give up when troubles come. Then you will be happy and give thanks to the Father. He has made you able to have what he has promised to give all his holy people, who live in the light.”
God is able and willing to strengthen us and our part is to remain our hearts at rest in Christ’s promises-They are Yes and Amen! With great hope, let us expect more of Him and His goodness in our life…Because He never fails and He will never fail.
“The Lord always does what is right, and he loves seeing people do right. Those who live good lives will be with him.”
Psalms 11:7 ERV
The only that I can do right is to put my faith in Him to the One who is faithful to keep His promise to me
Lord Jesus I put my trust in You. Your Word is truth always prevails and never fails. Great is Your Faithfulness Oh God!
