But the Lord said, “My grace is all you need. Only when you are weak can everything be done completely by my power.” So I will gladly boast about my weaknesses. Then Christ’s power can stay in me.
2 Corinthians 12:2 ERV
Do you ever feel you’re not qualified and not worthy of the things you desire? When you try your best to do something but it feels like you’re never doing enough. Negative voices started to mumble, “Is this all you got?”. 2 Corinthians 2 is a great reminder to us of that grace. His grace is all we’ll ever need. Grace, that may not make sense at all times, but works to our advantage.
Only when we come to full surrender of our lives to God do we see and experience the entirety of His power. It is giving God control and trusting Him that He’ll always lead us to an abundant life, to a right path, to a hope and a great future.
God loves when we come to Him for help, in that way, He’ll be able to show His mighty power within us. It’s no longer us alone who lives but Christ in us.
Find your strength in Christ alone knowing that everything done in His name is not in vain but to fulfill our calling on earth. We have weaknesses so we can put our dependency on Christ who is, from the start, is the author of life.
